Matt Chan
Who’s that man behind the menu? It’s Matt Chan! You may recognize the Astoria, Oregon native by his moustache or from his time working at West Seattle’s Beer Junction. Matt joined the Reuben’s team back in May. His background also includes working at the now-closed Brooklyn Homebrew and a brief stint as a brewer.
