Taking what we've learned about making hazy IPAs, we applied a new brewing technique to a West Coast IPA recipe to increase hop saturation. In short, this allows us to get the impactful hop saturation commonly found in hazies with the bright appearance and crispness of a West Coast. The combination of Simcoe, Strata, Mosaic, and Talus hops lend unmistakable notes of citrus, orchard fruit, and pine.
