The Canning Line – 800 NW 46th St.
A modern tasting room nestled in our production brewery. Enjoy unique views of our brewing process, from fermentation to canning. This space is great for business meetings, club gatherings, parties, and beer enthusiasts!
Capacity: 50 seated, 65 mingling

The Barrel House – 1133 NW 51st St.
Host your guests in an open private room surrounded by beautiful, rustic oak barrels filled with beer as it conditions and ages. This space is made for large groups who want to be in the middle of a brewery.

Back Bar & Patio at the Ballard Taproom – 5010 14th Ave NW
Hosting more than 100 guests? Ask us about renting the back bar and patio space at our Ballard Taproom. The main bar will remain open to the public, but you’ll have private access to the large patio and indoor space. Subject to availability and group size.

For all spaces, the following applies:
- Fee dependent on event date and timing.
- A 30% non-refundable deposit fee is required at the time of reservation. This deposit will be offset against the total fee.
- The remaining balance will be charged the week of the event, sent via email.
- The rate includes only beer, cider, and non-alcoholic beverages served and consumed on site at the time of the event.
- *No service of alcohol to minors or to guests who appear intoxicated
FAQs:
How soon can I reserve a private space?
- The sooner the better! We ask for a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice to reserve either the Canning Line or Barrel House spaces. While we’ll do our best to accommodate short-notice events, please be aware that reserving the Taproom space requires a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice.
How far in advance can I reserve a private space?
- We offer booking of both our Canning Line and Barrel House locations a full calendar year in advance.
How does catering work?
- If you’re interested in Reuben’s Eats catering your event, please make a note of it in the form above while submitting your request.

There are some people in my party who don’t drink beer. What are their options?
- We offer cider, hard seltzer, wine, and non-alcoholic options detailed below:
- We have our own Warren’s Cider (or a similar alternative) and FruitFizz Hard Seltzer available at both locations.
- Select wine options can be arranged on request at an additional charge).
- Non-alcoholic beverages such as sparkling water, root beer, and juice.
- Please note that we cannot pour any liquor or cocktails due to WA state LCB regulations. Similarly, guests may not bring in any wine, liquor, or other beverages into our licensed premises.
Can we bring kids and/or our dog?
- All of our spaces are kid friendly and we love well-behaved dogs! We ask that all dogs remain on a leash.
