Medical and Sick Leave
Reuben’s Brews pays for 100% of team member health, vision, and dental insurance premiums. You are also entitled to Seattle Sick Leave policy of up to 5 days per year. We also offer a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) program.
Paid Time Off and Holidays
All employees are eligible for paid vacation every year, and earn more days with tenure, in addition to six holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.) Tasting Room team members who are working on a holiday receive time-and-a-half.
