The role:

  • Owning content creation across a variety of media, including but not limited to Social Media, Newsletters, Blogs, and Web page content.
  • Social Media Management – provide scheduling for upcoming posts, report on and provide analytical feedback to the Marketing Manager, as well as look at new platforms and/or growth strategies.
  • Maintaining and updating website content

  • Assisting with the month / year-end accounting close process
  • Assisting with the bi-weekly payroll process including correcting timesheets, and calculating tip shares
  • Managing Accounts Payable by properly coding to the general ledger and processing vendor invoices for payment
  • Monitoring Accounts Receivable to ensure all customer payments are processed and no debts go bad
  • Assisting with banking transactions
  • Reviewing credit card activities and coding to the general ledger
  • Liaising with our external accounting team
  • Assisting with inventory counts
  • Investigating and resolving operational accounting issues, working cross-functionally and with all levels of the organization
  • Assisting with process improvement, automation, and organizational initiatives
  • Coordinate facilities needs and vendor relationships;

  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary 

Qualifications include:

  • Supervising all aspects of payroll including working with Finance to make sure data is accurate
  • Own employee engagement: Make Reuben’s Brews a best place to work by running annual employee surveys, skip review processes, and other processes focused on improving the workplace.
  • Supporting the Reuben’s team by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling and coaching managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending process changes.
  • Ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal, state and city requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings
  • Championing the onboarding process, ensuring the process is up to date and of high quality, providing clarity and connection for all employees and their role in relation to the overall vision
  • Managing all employee benefits programs and informing employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; and designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
  • Enforcing management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Retaining historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
  • Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.

Qualifications include:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or relevant senior role on an HR team.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to problem-solve, self-start, and work independently
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize

The successful applicant will be a member of the brew and cellar team and work closely with team members throughout all aspects of brewery production.

The role


The successful applicant will be responsible for:


● Conducting all production tasks from grain to glass;
● Focusing on raw material handling, wort production, cellar movement, dry hopping, yeast harvesting, beer finishing, and SIP/CIP of hot and cold side equipment;
● Helping out throughout all aspects of production when needed;
● Maintaining a clean and safe working environment for themselves and others;
● Basic troubleshooting of equipment and process and basic maintenance;
● Training production staff as needed.


Qualifications required:

● Previously worked in a production role in a fast growing brewery;
● 1+ years related experience;

Ability to work flexible hours, including rotational evenings/nights and weekends;

Position summary:


Reuben’s has grown significantly over the last few years, presenting the need to grow our team. This role will report to our Packaging Manager, and the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in operating all aspects of the packaging line, including setup, troubleshooting, and off-packing, along with kegging. Training will be provided for all aspects of the position. A basic understanding of beer and the brewing process is desired. Packaging operators have one primary goal: to assist with the smooth packaging of our beer. The successful applicant will be a member of the brewery operations team and work closely with the other brewing and packaging team members.

 

The role:

·  Duties include troubleshooting quality or mechanical challenges
·  Carrying out quality checks such as dissolved oxygen & seam checks
·  Assisting in running the line such as the labeler, packtech machine, or depalletizer
·  Prepping tanks for packaging or kegging
·  Keg cleaning
·  Label bottles or cans as needed
·  Stack, unstack, & move supplies around using a forklift, mechanical pallet jack, or electric stacker (will train)
·  Offpacking, stacking, & wrapping product in preparation for shipping
·  Assisting in the movement of needed packaging supplies during the day
·  Ensuring quality standards are met along every step
·  Maintain high level of cleanliness throughout the brewery
·  Accurately record data into Ekos production software
·  Perform general tasks around the brewery as assigned
·  Assisting with special projects as needed
·  Assisting in bottling operations

The role:

The Taproom Shift Lead reports to the Taproom Manager and Retail Operations Manager and is responsible for assisting with and executing the daily, weekly and monthly tasks.  The person will be responsible for tasks delegated to them by the Taproom Manager and will act as the Manager on Duty when the Taproom Manager is not available.  They will be responsible for managing the workflow behind the bar and completing necessary tasks.  The person in this role will be responsible for the following:

  • Be the Manager on Duty when Manager or Retail Operations Manager are not present
  • Weekly recaps/emails/communication
  • Help Taproom Manager with duties
  • Perform Inventory Counts (package weekly & merch monthly)
  • Maintain Cold Room Organization
  • Update Taplist (board & online)
  • Process Keg Requests
  • Update Square inventory as needed
  • Help with supply runs 
  • Complete maintenance projects 
  • Other tasks as needed
