Fruit Bomb! is a beer that first undergoes a lactobacillus fermentation, then fermented fully with our favorite Kveik yeast originating from Norway. During fermentation, we added an obscene amount of fruit and let the yeast ferment out the remaining sugar. We are left with a beer that is both fruity and tart that will explode your mind as well as your pallet.
