To create this year's anniversary blend, we decided to select three different vintages of Three Ryes Men aged in three different types of barrels: bourbon, rye, and maple. Blending equal portions of our our award-winning Barleywine has produced a beer unlike any other we've released in the past 11 years. Expect notes of baking spices, dark fruit, and rich caramel in this full-bodied feat of flavor. Truly greater than the sum of its parts in terms of depth and complexity, Instant Vintage tastes wonderful now and will undoubtedly gain appealing and unexpected nuances with time.
Our final blend includes:
• Three Ryes Men bourbon barrel filled in Oct. 2021 (33.3%)
• Three Ryes Men Willett rye barrel filled in April 2022 (33.3%)
• Three Ryes Men maple barrel filled in May 2023 (33.3%)
