A farmhouse pale ale fermented with one of our favorite Belgian yeasts before undergoing a secondary fermentation with Brettanomyces. A nose of fresh cut hay, pear, and lemon is supported by a honeylike malt character. As the beer ages, expect to get notes of leather and tobacco from the continuing secondary fermentation.
