Serious Pilsner

Brewed entirely with Washington-grown malting barley that offers notes of cracker and honey, this easy-drinking lager is a collaboration with our friends at Tom Douglas Restaurants. Aiming for a balanced, food-friendly beer that is seriously delightful, we then hopped our Pilsner with a combination of Old World and New World varieties to bring aromas of citrus, melon, and wildflowers.
