Inspired by a classic British dessert called Eton Mess, this beer is a collaboration with our friends at Siren Craft Brew. Sweet vanilla beans, honey malted oats, and copious amounts of strawberry and raspberry puree helped us evoke the rich, creamy, and fruity character of this deliciously disheveled dish.
