An annual release since 2021, The Crows is an exercise in the art of blending. For this beer, several vintages of bourbon barrel-aged Imperial Stout and bourbon barrel-aged Barleywine are combined and further aged in bourbon barrels for an extended period of time. By carefully selecting and proportioning each element, we're able to produce a final blend with uncommon character and complexity.
