We brewed this West Coast Double IPA with our friends at Oregon's Kings & Daughters, and used a single type of malt called Golden Promise to really let the hops shine. The combination of HBC 1019, HBC 586, and Michigan-grown Chinook hops brings notes of tropical fruit, sweet coconut, woody cedar, and resinous pine.
