Join us at The Taproom this Saturday at 11am for the release of the first two Chocolate Box beers of the year: Hazelnut Praline and Baharat & Chocolate. The beers in the Chocolate Box series are inspired by either classic or modern chocolate truffles, and are our effort to learn from the great culinary skill of chocolatiers.⠀

Beginning with a rich imperial stout that we’ve aged in bourbon barrels, we infuse each beer with cocoa nibs, vanilla beans, and a host of other decadent ingredients to make beers that resemble the most delightful of chocolate treats. Hazelnut Praline has loads of hazelnuts added to the beer, and Baharat & Chocolate features a Baharat spice blend (a middle eastern blend which includes Cumin, Paprika, Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamom, and more.)⠀

Chocolate Box beers are exclusively available at our Taproom, and we will determine bottle limits at the time of the release. We believe the fairest way to do our releases is to ensure everyone in line when we open gets bottles, and we reserve the right to change the limit to make sure this happens.⠀
