Baby Goats & Brews Returns to Ballard
On Tuesday, May 30th we are hosting Puget Sound Goat Rescue (PSGR) for the last Gratituesday of the month. And, yes, that means baby goats at the Taproom!
We have hosted PSGR for years now and we’re eager to continue to helping them with their mission to help goats in need. All day long we’ll be donating $1 from every pint, taster tray, or crowler sold to PSGR. We’re looking forward to another great event and hope to see you there!
A number of rescue volunteers will be on hand from 3 – 7pm with the baby goats to answer questions and to make sure the animals have a calm and stress free environment. There will also be a quiet area for the goats to get away from the crowd if needed. That said, there will be a few kids ready for some cuddling and photo opportunities throughout the four hour period.
A couple of important notes:
- Puget Sound Goat Rescue facilitates adoptions, but you won’t be able to adopt any goats at this event.
- Our Taproom is usually dog friendly, but we aren’t allowing dogs on the patio near the goats until they leave.
