Reuben’s Brews Foundation

On our Eighth Anniversary on August 5, 2020 we launched the Reuben’s Brews Foundation.

The Reuben’s Brews Foundation is a natural extension of our long-running ‘Thank You Thursday’ program, which has raised over $150,000 for local non-profits since 2013,” said Reuben’s Co-Founder and Foundation Director Grace Robbings. “As the non-profit organization linked to Reuben’s Brews, the foundation will support the work already being done by community partners, and fill other needs where gaps exist in the areas of education, environment, arts, human rights, animal rights, health, and social justice.”

Guided by the belief that pouring delight for our community can extend beyond what’s poured in a glass, the Reuben’s Brews Foundation works to strengthen the community we serve. As the non-profit organization linked to Reuben’s Brews, the foundation supports the work already being done by community partners, and fills other needs where gaps exist, in the areas of education, environment, arts, human rights, animal rights, health, and social justice.

Mosaic State Brewers Collective

The Mosaic State Brewers Collective is a dynamic new mentorship program launching in summer 2021 to develop future leaders in the brewing industry who are reflective of our nation’s diversity. According to a 2019 report from the Brewers Association, 88% of the people who own craft breweries are white while only 4% are American Indian or Alaska Native, 2% are Asian, 2% are Hispanic, and just 1% are Black.

Driven by Reuben’s Co-Founder and Director of the Reuben’s Brews Foundation Grace Robbings and Métier Brewing Company General Manager Dreux Dillingham, the ambitious program offers an insightful curriculum, practical experience, and authentic mentorship that will open opportunities for historically underrepresented groups, ultimately enriching the culture and broadening the perspective of the brewing industry to better represent the diverse communities of which it is an essential part.

More information on how to apply and about the curriculum are available on our Mosaic State Brewers Collective webpage. Please follow our social media and this page for announcements.
