For the past 18 months, our 2026 release of Bourbon Barrel Imperial Stout has rested quietly in oak barrels, slowly absorbing rich character from the wood, lingering bourbon, and deep roasted malts. Today, we’re thrilled to announce that the wait is officially over: BBIS returns to both taprooms on Saturday, October 10th!

BBIS represents the pinnacle of our wood-aging program. Clocking in with a viscous, silky mouthfeel and a deep, dark pour, this year’s batch leads with rich aromas of charred oak, warm vanilla, sweet bourbon, and dark chocolate. It’s complex, warming, and crafted to be savored.
