Inspired by the famed wild beers of Belgium's Zenne Valley, our interpretation is a blend of spontaneously fermented ales from two consecutive years that were aged on fresh white peaches grown by Rowley and Hawkins Fruit in Basin City, Washington. Delicate in nature with nuanced tartness, minerality, and notes of stone fruit, this complex beer honors a great Belgian brewing tradition.
