To celebrate Norwegian Constitution Day and our neighborhood's Scandinavian heritage, we brewed a lager-like beer that shines as bright as the sun. Starting with Pilsner malt and a bit of Carapils, we used Tettnanger and Saphir hops for a mild, pleasant level of spice, and a farmhouse Kviek yeast from Norway fermented cold to add a touch of fruity character.
