Pay and Retirement Savings

We offer competitive pay, along with a 401K program, which the company will match up to 4%

Medical Benefits

Reuben's Brews pays for 90% of employee health insurance premiums (medical and dental), for full-time employees, and 50% of the premium for part-time employees. Medical plans start the first of the month after 60 days of employment.

Paid Time Off and Holidays

All employees accrue PTO, approximately 13 days (2 1/2 weeks) a year for full-time hourly employees for the first two years, which increases with tenure. We also have a holiday package.

Budgeted Training

One of our core values is Success as One Team which includes encouragement for everyone to advance their knowledge and training. We are happy to offer paid on-the-job training as well as opportunities for employer-paid tuition for outside education.

Merch Allowance and Educational Beer

We are passionate about the beer that we make and we want to share the wonderful results with everyone on the team, who receive generous allowances of our beer for educational purposes! We also are proud to represent our brewery and everyone receives a wardrobe of Reuben's Brews gear and merch, which we assure you will grow considerably over time.
