We miss having you in our tasting rooms!
With you, our customers and friends, at the heart of all that we do, we wanted to include you in the reopening process and to check in on how you are feeling. We are fully committed to your safety, that of our team, and the public at large as we move forward.
Last week we put out a public survey to gauge sentiment around Washington State’s phased reopening program, and the reopening of our own tasting rooms. With almost 1,500 responses, we wanted to share some details of what we’ve learned.
First of all THANK YOU to everyone who participated and took the time to give us their thoughts. This information is invaluable as we make plans about reopening our tasting rooms (in due time, with the arrival of Washington State’s Phase 2 reopening in King County.)
We will have more information in the coming days and weeks about what our tasting room experiences will be like. We will implement social distancing and sanitation programs that meet or exceed State and Federal guidelines, and this will necessitate changes to how our tasting rooms look and operate.
