Perfectly Paired Winter Flavors
On Saturday, February 25th we’re heading down to Olympia, Wash., for a fun evening of great food and great beer. Chef Leanne Willard has created a five course meal matching dishes and beers with complementary flavors. Menu highlights include Reuben’s Crushable Hazy Pale Ale paired with hot honey beer prawns and Robust Porter paired with a chocolate and porter beef stew. And for dessert?
