Heavy Slice

Over the years we've made a few beers with our friends at Great Notion, and always have fun serving ideas back and forth over the Oregon-Washington state line. For our latest collaboration we made two beers based on the same recipe. Using Simcoe and Citra hops, plus Amarillo in the dry hop, they brewed a West Coast IPA while we made a New England-style IPA with notes of mango, citrus, and pine.
