We got together with our friends from Atlanta's Monday Night Brewing to make a big beer that borrows from two different styles: Barleywine and Imperial Stout. Double mashed and then co-fermented with two yeast strains, this collaboration spent its final days in tank aging on copious amounts of hazelnuts and coconut to add to its delightfully decadent character.
