Learn More About Our Mentorship Program
Last summer we partnered with Metier Brewing to launch the Mosaic State Brewers Collective (MSBC), a mentorship program designed to inspire and empower underrepresented people to build careers in the beer industry. With a curriculum that includes networking, hands-on-experience, and a six-week management course, the goal is to help develop future leaders in the brewing industry who are reflective of the nation’s diversity.
The first cohort of participants recently completed the program, and we are now accepting new applications. On Monday, July 25 from 6 – 8pm we’re also hosting a recruitment event at our original brewing location in Ballard. Please join us at 1406 NW 53rd Street to meet past mentees and mentors, learn more about MSBC, and potentially take the first step toward a career in brewing!
