Citra Pilsner

For this beer we decided to put an American twist on Czech-style Pilsner. Dry-hopping with Citra brings a bright fruity character that blends well with spicy Noble Saaz hops, lending a contemporary flare to this classic style. A light haze and some additional bitterness are also picked up through the dry-hopping process, leading to a resinous, fruity, and highly drinkable lager.
