Time is of the essence during hop harvest, with breweries scrambling to squeeze as many fresh hop beers as they can into a short season. We made time for a hop saturated collaboration with our friends at Single Hill and ended up with Yakima Squeeze, a bright, West Coast IPA that combines fresh Yakima Valley hops with a splash of flavor from a New Zealand variety.Â
