In celebration of our 10th anniversary last year we brewed a massive Imperial Stout with the great folks at the Homebrewers Guild of Seattle Proper. Then, to up the ante on a beer that was already thick, rich, and chocolatey, we rested a portion of it in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels for a full year.
